During my fifth pregnancy, I learned about a book called The Wonder Weeks (*aff link) by Hetty van der Rijt. Oh how I wish I had known about it with my first baby! This wonderful book breaks down what your baby is experiencing developmentally during the first two years of life so you can sympathize with him/her! It’s so frustrating to not be able to communicate with your little squish, when all you want is to be able to soothe and help. This book shares sleep expectation and interruptions, behaviors to expect, and so much more. It is completely worth

The Wonder Weeks- Understanding the real reason behind crying, eating and sleeping problems is the only real solution every parent needs. The Wonder Weeks reveals what’s going on inside baby’s mind. 5 STARS!
